About the service

Muvoo is a web app for tracking vehicles, service, mileage, fuel and reminders. It is operated by Marek Choleva (a private individual), contact: cholevaapps@gmail.com.

By signing up you agree to these terms. How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Account

• You need an account with a valid email address to use the app.
• The app is intended for people over 16 years of age.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you suspect misuse of your account, change your password and sign out of all devices in Settings.
• We may send service messages about your account and the service to your email address (e.g. security alerts, changes to the terms or discontinuation of the service). We don't send marketing emails.

Price and limits

The app is free. A free account lets you track up to 5 vehicles. We may adjust the limits in the future or offer a paid plan. If changes affect your account, we will let you know in advance.

The app may show recommendations and links to products and services, for example the sideroadmotorshop.sk shop, which is affiliated with the app's operator, or partner shops. They are labelled as advertising. The operator may earn a commission on purchases made through some links, at no extra cost to you. No tracking or advertising cookies are used for this.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the app, in particular:

• try to access other people's accounts or data,
• disrupt or overload it (e.g. with automated requests),
• bulk-download its content (scraping) or use it to train artificial intelligence,
• upload illegal content or content you have no rights to.

If these rules are broken, we may restrict or close the account.

Your data

The data you enter belongs to you. You can download it at any time (export in Settings, without photos) or delete your account together with all data.

Intellectual property

The Muvoo app, including its code, design and name, belongs to the operator. Using the app gives you no rights to them other than the right to use the app.

The data and photos you upload remain yours. We use them only to provide the service to you.

Reminders and liability

The app is provided as is, and we do our best to keep it reliable. However, we can't guarantee it will always be available and free of errors.

Reminders (e.g. technical inspection, emissions check, insurance, vignettes, service) are only an aid. You are responsible for meeting legal obligations and deadlines. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by a missed deadline, incorrect data or an outage of the app. This does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

We recommend exporting your data regularly.

Closing the account

You can close your account at any time in Settings. We may also discontinue the service. In that case we will let you know in advance so you have time to download your data.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The date of the last change is shown at the top. We will let you know about significant changes in the app or, where appropriate, by email. The new terms apply to you once you accept them. If you don't agree, you can download your data and close your account.

Governing law and final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by the law of the country where you live.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
